Files & artwork
What file types do you accept?+
PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS or PSD. Vector or 300dpi raster works best. We'll flag anything off-spec on your free proof.
Do I need to add bleed?+
If your art has a colored background, add 0.125" bleed. For die-cut shapes, a cut line in a spot color is helpful but not required, our pre-press team can build one for you.
What color mode should I use?+
CMYK is preferred. We convert RGB automatically and will note any shifts on your proof.
Proofs & approval
When do I get my proof?+
Within 1 business day for most orders. Once you approve, we go straight to press.
What if I want changes?+
Hit 'request changes' on the proof and tell us what to tweak. We'll send a new one, no extra charge.
Can I skip the proof?+
Yes, but we don't recommend it. The proof is your last chance to catch sizing, color or art issues before press.
Production & shipping
How long is production?+
3 business days standard. Rush options (24h, 48h) available at checkout.
How do you ship?+
USPS, UPS or FedEx, your choice at checkout. Free US shipping on orders over $35.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, to Canada and the EU. Duties calculated at checkout.
Pricing & wholesale
Do you offer wholesale?+
Quantity discounts kick in at 100 units and scale to 2,500+. For 10k+ runs, email hello@digitalprintz.com for custom pricing.
What's your return policy?+
If we miss spec, we reprint or refund, your call. If you approved the proof and the print matches, we don't accept returns on custom work.
